What We Collect

Name, email, and phone number when you submit a quote request, create an account, or contact us. If you submit a water test report, we store the values you confirm (and the file itself, if provided) so we can respond with an accurate recommendation and so you can view it again from your dashboard.

Payment Information

Online payments are processed by Cashfree, a licensed, RBI-regulated payment gateway — you’ll enter card/UPI/netbanking details directly on their secure page, and we never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials. You can also choose to pay on delivery/installation instead.

Third Parties

We use NeonDB (database hosting), ImageKit (file storage for uploaded reports and attachments), Vercel (site hosting), Cashfree (payment processing), Resend (order-confirmation and account emails), and Google (optional sign-in) — each only processes what’s needed to run the service, not for marketing.

Data Retention

We keep account and order-related records for as long as required under Indian tax law, and water report submissions for as long as your account exists (or until you request deletion).

Requesting Deletion

You can request your account be deleted from your dashboard’s Settings page, or by emailing eswarenterprises20239@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” We process this within 7 working days, except for records we’re legally required to retain.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie for sign-in. Your cart and wishlist are stored in your browser’s local storage, not a cookie. We don’t set any advertising or tracking cookies ourselves — if you sign in with Google or pay through Cashfree’s hosted checkout, those pages may set their own cookies during that redirect, governed by Google’s and Cashfree’s own policies, not ours.
