Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted only for uninstalled products, strictly within 10 days of delivery. Once a system has been installed, it can no longer be returned — if something isn’t working as expected after installation, contact us and we’ll address it directly rather than through a return.

To request a return, email us with your order reference within 10 days of delivery. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once a system has shipped, cancellation is treated as a return under the terms above.

Non-Serviceable Locations

If we’re unable to deliver or install at your address, we’ll contact you directly and issue a full refund.
