Serviceable Area

We currently install and service systems only in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. If your location falls outside this area, contact us before ordering — we may still be able to help, but installation and support cannot be guaranteed.

Courier & Delivery

Equipment is shipped via TGSRTC and APSRTC, typically arriving within 4 working days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines can vary for larger commercial systems — we’ll confirm an estimate specific to your order and location.

Installation

Installation is carried out within 1 week of delivery after delivery, scheduled directly with you. Final configuration (resin volume, membrane selection, pretreatment) is confirmed on-site or against your water test — not assumed from a fixed spec sheet.

Non-Serviceable Locations

If we’re unable to deliver or install at your address, we’ll contact you directly to arrange a full refund.
